The Inventory & Distribution Assistant plays a critical role in supporting the inventory/stock distribution service within Cornwall Partnership NHS Foundation Trust (CFT) The post-holder will;
- Work under the supervision of the Inventory Manager and be responsible for receiving and distributing agreed inventory and supply chain management products within the Cornwall Foundation Trust.
- Provide Procurement and Inventory Management support with business continuity and emergency planning, which will involve ordering of emergency goods and services.
- Provide an interface for colleagues at the stock distribution satellite hubs
- Ensuring stock is receipted, delivered and maintained at the appropriate level using the appropriate systems.
