**Hours: 15 hours per week (Mon-Sun, including weekends, evenings, holidays, sleep ins)**

**Salary: £8,321.54 per annum.**

Advance is looking for a Support Worker in Market Harborough to support customers with Learning Disabilities/ Autism/ Complex needs/ mental health conditions to live the lives they choose. You don’t need to have previous experience working in care or support to be successful in this role. What matters are your values, your passion and determination to make a difference in the lives of people with Autism or learning disabilities.

Whether you want to work a few hours a week, or full-time, if you think a Support Worker role sounds right for you, you will need to be:

- Flexible and being able to work with a diverse group of customers
- Good communication
- Good time management
- Must be able to work weekends
- Must be able to commit to sleep ins
- Experience in care/support desirable
- Mental health experience
- Customer cash handling
- NVQ desirable
