_**Are you a compassionate and dedicated individual with a background in Childcare, Education, Health, or Social Care? **_

The Supply Room is looking for a teaching assistant to join a Specialist School in Wareham, Dorset, working with students aged 16 - 25 years.

As a Teaching Assistant at this Specialist School, you will play a vital role in supporting students with a diagnosis of Autism across a diverse curriculum that includes Horticulture, Pottery, Equine Therapy, Farm School, Online Retail, and Life Skills.

Whether working one-on-one or within small groups, your expertise and passion for working with others will guide students towards success.

This permanent position offers a competitive pay rate of £90 - £95 per day, with the potential for a 12-week temporary-to-permanent contract from day 1.

The working hours are Monday to Friday (8.30am - 4.00pm) - it is a term-time only role.

Full-time availability, punctuality, reliability, and a genuine commitment to making a difference in the lives of young people are essential for this role.
