**About us**

**At EVIOS and Andersen, we're on a mission to make Electric Vehicle (EV) charging as simple and smart as possible. By creating truly intuitive products that allow EV drivers to charge their vehicles at home and work, we are changing the game in the industry as it enters the mass market.**

**Based in Stewartby (between Milton Keynes and Bedford), we manufacture our charge points in-house and have a team of highly qualified electricians to install our charge points across the UK.**

**You will need**:

- **A passion for supporting customers and a desire to answer queries at the first point of contact**:

- **Multitasking skills and good organisational abilities**:

- **An aptitude for dealing with complaints**:

- **Excellent verbal communication skills and a strong command of the English language**:

- **The ability to work confidently in a team and on your own**:

- **Resilience, patience and empathy**

**Ideally, you will have**:

- **A keen interest in electric vehicles and the energy industry**:

- **Experience in dealing with customers in both sales and after-sales roles**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £25,350.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Stewartby: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
