Role Overview:
As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales of our EV chargepoint solutions within your designated territory. You will play a critical role in expanding our customer base, nurturing client relationships, and promoting awareness of our products and services. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team in a rapidly growing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Sales Growth: Achieve and exceed sales targets by proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Customer Engagement: Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including vehicle dealerships, electrical wholesalers, and independent electricians to understand their needs and support them as necessary.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our EV charge point products, features, and benefits, and effectively communicate them to customers and partners to drive sales.
- Consultative Selling: Utilise a consultative approach to increase sales via our vehicle OEM, wholesale and affiliate partners.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status using CRM software, and provide regular updates to the sales manager.
- Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments related to EV charging infrastructure, and leverage this knowledge to refine sales strategies and identify new business opportunities.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product development, and customer support teams to coordinate sales efforts, gather customer feedback, and ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Training and Presentations: Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and presentations for clients, partners, and industry stakeholders to showcase our solutions and highlight their benefits.
- Travel: Nationwide travel to meet with clients, attend industry events, and participate in trade shows as required.

Qualifications:

- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, ideally within the renewable energy, automotive, or technology sectors.
- Strong understanding of electric vehicles, charging infrastructure, and sustainable energy solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a passion for driving sales and exceeding targets.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, and other sales tools.
- Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel nationwide.
