**The Role**
Reporting to the Customer Engagement Manager. Key areas of responsibility will be to support the Trade marketing digital agenda among our customers in both KA & Retailer channel. He/she/they will support both the existing digital team in content creation and platform improvements than our KA Team on how to increase our presence on our main KA digital platforms. He/she/they will work collaboratively with our digital brand team to ensure our products are presence and with the relevant and impactful information for our consumer base.
**Principal Accountabilities**
- Support the continuous improvement of our B2B platform in terms of content and UX experience.
- Drive the transformation of our B2B platform into a professional community.
- Create engaging content for our brands on digital platforms.
- Improve the digital presence of our brands into the KA channel in collaboration with our KA Team (trade and Sales) and our Brand team.
- Cultivate and amplify engagement and advocacy across digital touchpoints, prioritizing our B2B platform and digital communication.
- Support the existing team with external third-party developers to deliver improvements and developments to our sites, with a focus on improving design, usability, and conversion.
- Work with 3rd party agency for content & campaign creation
- You’ll have impeccable writing skills and be able to work in harmony with the social media & digital specialists.
- Support NGP Digital team UK for product/service development and realization
- Enhance Digital capabilities within the Organization
- Review Digital markets performance against KPI’s

**Education, Qualifications, Skills and Experience**
**Essential**
- 4+ years’ experience across Digital management roles in a global FMCG organisation
- Experience in Website management, Digital Campaigns, Content creation.
- Experience of operating and collaborating in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
- Ability to manage time and juggle multiple priorities to execute high quality deliverables
- Great interpersonal skills, you are curious, energetic with a real talent for communication, and you have a taste for teamwork.
- Great attention to detail.
- Creative flair for producing engaging copy.
- Good analytical skills and the ability to review GA analytics, metrics, and reporting to drive decisions.
- Flexible approach - a self-starter who is adaptable to fast changing environment.
- Commercial acumen and awareness of wider business issues and opportunities when making marketing decisions.
- Organized, resilient, positive, and calm under pressure; enjoys multi-tasking.
**Desirable**
- University degree in BA, master or MBA
