It would be an advantage if applicants have experience in sales support or an hire office environment.This role is a varied, support role with great opportunity for development and progression.

**DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO**:

- Acting as first point of contact for any sales enquiries
- Taking messages and directing calls to the relevant person
- Taking orders from customers and processing through to invoice stage
- To assist managers and the sales team with all administration support
- Diary and inbox management
- Data entry onto bespoke software and Excel spreadsheets
- Raising, issue and management of quotations
- Sales reporting and follow ups
- General office duties

**SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED**:

- Educated to GCSE's Grade C or equivalent in Maths and English
- Experience in hire office administration role
- Strong IT Skills essential
- Must be able to work independently and show initiative
- Professional manner, positive attitude and well presented
