We have a superb opportunity for a Commercial Manager within a market leading aluminium curtain walling, window and multi material façade company based in Enfield, North London.
**About the company
**With a wealth of experience and a strong financial position our client offers architects, developers and main contractors a single source of high specification products, from pre-planning and concept design right through to installation and ongoingmaintenance.
**About the role
**As Commercial Manager you will ensure sound management of project finances, liaise with the Project Managers and demonstrate commercial awareness as well as legal knowledge, whilst negotiating with customers and subcontractors.
The Commercial Manager will ensure that the past, current and future projected financial status of all their construction projects is accurately reported and forecast. You will work closely with the Commercial Director to review all contracts with customersand subcontractors before they’re signed.

- A proven leader who can manage change and influence others.
- Excellent planning and organizational skills. A clear and logical approach to work and the ability to prioritize effectively.

- Excellent attention to detail.
- Clear, analytical and logical thinking, with an ability to determine valid premises and arrive at logical conclusions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and business acumen.
- An effective Manager with the ability to develop people under them to attain higher levels of excellence.
- The ability to undertake a constructive performance evaluation involving joint assessment of past performance and agreement on future expectations.
- Clarity of thought as demonstrated through excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A demonstrated ability to advice and counsel team-members, as well impose discipline in a positive
- manner whilst maintaining respect and trust.
- A results orientated individual who focusses on targets, quality and deadlines.
- The ability to come with new ideas, seize opportunities and think outside the box.
**About the salary and rewards
**For the role of Commercial Manager, there is on offer:
- An excellent salary of circa £65,000 to £85,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus travel expenses to and from sites
