We are looking for an enthusiastic talented Team Leader to join the Customer Services Team who can champion a culture of professionalism and high standards of customer service. You will have experience of coaching and developing a team of Customer Services Administrators, regularly providing feedback and carrying out one to one meetings. You will also review and update processes and procedures as well as support the Customer Services Manager with assigned project work.

You will be joining a friendly and collaborative team. You will receive individual and team training to develop you into the role as well as support to achieve a Level 3 award in Financial Administration.

As well as an opportunity to work with talented people we offer a competitive salary, life cover, pension scheme into which the company will contribute up to 10% of total earnings and a performance based discretionary bonus scheme.

Knowledge, skills and experience:

- 2 years’ customer service Team Leader experience, ideally within a financial services environment
- Achieved or willing to undertake a Level 3 award in Financial Administration
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Experience of motivating, coaching and developing a team
- Good organisation skills and ability to prioritise to meet business deadlines
