**Job Description**:
**We’re looking for flexible freelancers to help us help our customers**

We’re looking for friendly, efficient, flexible people to join our Travel Experience Freelance group. You’ll probably have other things going on in your lives - work, hobbies, study, all of the above - and your work for us will ebb and flow as we move through more and less busy periods - and as you do.

We’ll train you up and offer you work on an ad hoc basis based on peaks in bookings or departures. You can say yes or no to particular blocks of work (perhaps a few hours a day, perhaps a few days a week) according to your availability.

**Examples of the things you’ll help with**
- Producing journey guides for customers to have on hand during their holidays: adding tickets and accommodation details, selecting activities and creating new copy when needed
- Researching customer queries and adding to a central database of knowledge to help answer the same question faster next time
- Liaising with our accommodation and ticket booking suppliers, making bookings through them or directly online and checking details
- Phoning around suppliers before our customers leave to ensure everything’s ready to go (you’ll use our company phone system)

**Qualifications**:
**What we’re looking for**
- Trustworthiness - you’ll be helping our customers and making payments
- Strong attention to detail and accountability
- Superb time management skills
- Proficiency working with spreadsheets/data-based software (e.g. CRMs)
- Good general technical understanding
- Excellent written and spoken English
