**Support Engineer - Up to £38,000 DOE - Remote**

**The Role
Do you have a knack for troubleshooting and an aptitude for problem-solving? Are you looking for a role that allows you to put your technical skills to good use? If so, we want you as our new Support Engineer

In this role, you’ll be responsible for providing support to our customers by troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in a timely manner. You’ll also be expected to provide guidance and advice to colleagues and work closely with our programming teamand Customer Account Managers.

**Key Responsibilities:
The key responsibilities of a Support Engineer include, but are not limited to:

- Managing and resolving incoming customer support logs in a timely manner and controlling the requests within the company’s software system.
- Managing and controlling the workload by liaising with other departments as required.
- Liaise with the customers and Account managers to ensure customers’ requirements are met.
- Provide customer support log feedback and analytics as required by the management team.
- Liaise with the Programming team as required to assist with any customer queries or requests.
- Provide support to new staff members assisting with in house product training.
- Assist with site Implementations
- Provide technical support in relation to onboarding new customers and outsourced contracts

**The Person
The key skills and qualities of a Support Engineer are:

- Previous Aviation Software experience preferably within a CAMO or MRO.
- Aerotrac experience would be beneficial.
- Strong desire to learn and develop personally.
- An evident interest in IT/software.
- Knowledge/understanding of basic programming languages useful but not essential.
- IT literate with skills using Microsoft Office, in particular Outlook, Word & Excel.
- Employment history demonstrating strong work ethic with reference(s).
