Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Supervisor to join our team. As a Retail Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and maximizing sales. If you have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, we want to hear from you.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and lead a team of retail associates, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance
- Train new employees on company policies, procedures, and product knowledge
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels to meet customer demand
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times
- Implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
- Provide exceptional customer service by resolving customer complaints or inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for team members and provide constructive feedback for improvement
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement operational procedures and policies

**Skills**:

- Strong supervisory and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Exceptional time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in retail is highly desirable along with keen interest in sports

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £11.50-£13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 18 per week

**Experience**:

- Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Retail management: 1 year (preferred)
