Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and lead a team of retail associates, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance
  • Train new employees on company policies, procedures, and product knowledge
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels to meet customer demand
  • Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times
  • Implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
  • Provide exceptional customer service by resolving customer complaints or inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations for team members and provide constructive feedback for improvement
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement operational procedures and policies

Skills:

  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Exceptional time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fastpaced environment
  • Previous experience in retail is highly desirable along with keen interest in sports

Job Type:
Part-time

Salary:
£11.50-£13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 18 per week
