Job Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and professional Hotel Receptionist to join our great team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors. If you have excellent communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and enjoy working in a family business environment, we would love to hear from you.
**Responsibilities**:
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide them with information about hotel services and amenities
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries in a timely manner
- Assist guests with booking reservations, both over the phone and in person
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest transactions
**Experience**:
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong multitasking abilities with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using computer systems and software, including reservation systems
