Regional Training Coordinator (South/Heathrow)

Mitie Care & Custody are currently recruiting for a Regional Training Coordinator.

The Training Support team are an integral part of Learning and Development, proudly supporting Mitie Care & Custody to ensure new and existing colleagues are appropriately trained to fulfil their role and developed to their full potential. To provide an efficient and professional support service to the Care & Custody Training team. Be disciplined and adaptable, show a 'can do' attitude with a passion for facilitating a great learner experience, delivering the exceptional, every day. As a role model, you must be inclusive, positive and engaging, advocating the principles of ‘You are Mitie' in everything you do going the extra mile for your students.

**As a Training coordinator **you will assist in the smooth running and operations of the training support team and training department within Care & Custody.
- Salary: £28,500
- 25 days holiday + benefits
- 40 hour week (Monday to Friday 08:00 to 17:00 with an hour for lunch)
- This is a hybrid working (ideally and encouraged 4 (ideal)/3 days a week, with one working from home, very slight flex on this. The Role needs to be based at Heathrow and may require some travel.
- Use of a company car (when needed/hire or pool car)

The Training Coordinator has the responsibility of supporting the Training Team and Business Team, with duties including, but not limited to:
Providing first line support for any training queries from the Training Team, learners and recruitment team

Managing the scheduling of all initial training courses, DCO refreshers, OSO (ITCs) including venue booking, accommodation, travel, delegate invites and course confirmations.

Work closely with Recruitment to ensure that accurate details are available in order to ensure that the end-to-end process of onboarding new starters is professional, welcoming and seamless.

Send new starter onboarding joining instructions and details.

Visiting ITC's participating in Graduations and Day 1 where possible and in rotation with Training Support team

Supplying training materials, tablets, badges, graduation packs, certificates and new starter ‘toolkits' to Trainers
