Join us as a Content Creator Apprentice and embark on a journey of creativity, learning, and growth.

We are excited to offer an opportunity for an enthusiastic Content Creator Apprentice to join our dynamic team. This role presents the chance to complete a Level 3 Content Creation Apprenticeship Standard over 18months, whilst gaining hands-on experience in crafting compelling content for the Beauty and Wellness industry. As an apprentice, you will play a vital role in supporting our content creation efforts and contributing to our brand's mission and vision.
- Manage and create content for various social media channels, including Instagram, Facebook, Threads, X, and LinkedIn.
- Coordinate content delivery for stakeholders, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and objectives.
- Assist with photography and videography projects, capturing engaging visuals to complement our content.
- Monitor and engage with our audience across all social media channels, fostering community interaction and feedback.
- Contribute to the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, collaborating with the marketing team to achieve campaign goals.
- Familiarize yourself with digital tools such as Google Analytics, Google My Business, and Facebook/Meta Suite to track performance and optimize content strategies.

**Experience**:

- No prior experience required; as comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided, however, some experience is advantageous.

**Essential**:

- Must have own laptop and a mobile smart phone with camera.
- Must able to work collaboratively within a team, but also able to work alone using own initiative

**Desired Skills**:

- Strong written communication skills, including spelling, grammar, and creative writing.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Lightroom, etc.) is advantageous.
- Design and creative skills, with the ability to conceptualise and execute visually appealing content.
- Experience in photography and image post production, with an eye for composition and aesthetics.
- Experience in videography and post video production.
- Experience in web design (particularly using Wordpress).

**Personal Qualities**:

- A genuine passion for content creation and digital marketing, with a keen interest in the Beauty and Wellness industry.
- Eagerness to learn and develop new skills, with a proactive approach to self-improvement.
- Effective communicator, able to collaborate with a diverse team and stakeholders effectively.
- Punctual and excellent timekeeping skills, ensuring deadlines are consistently meet.
