Canon EMEA is looking for a B2B Marketing Planner, to join our Marketing Department, based out of our state of the art new offices in Stockley Park, Uxbridge.

As owner of the B2B marketing plans for the Information, Technology and Communications business group (ITCG), you will lead the teams through all phases of the campaign & product launch activities. You will be responsible for initial planning and delivering of the marketing brief to channels and then consolidating the responses to brief and aligning against budget.

You will be responsible for ensuring all channels are aligned to deliver on time and on budget as well as cascading updated and revisions to all stakeholders.

Strong collaboration with internal channels and external agencies is essential and the ability to make strong proposals against marketing objectives as well as a critical eye on results and learnings will be key.

**Salary**: between £36,850 and £43,353 dependent on experience plus 10% bonus

**What we ask**:
As our B2B Marketing Planner you will be responsible for:

- End to end ownership of the marketing plan ensuring alignment to the brief and business objectives. Understand the marketing objectives including the relevant market insights, customer insights and ensure line of sight to business objectives.
- Lead the planning and executions of B2B marketing plans from ideation through to deployment and measurement to achieve the outcomes defined by marketing strategy and product teams.
- Develop, draft and coordinate approval of marketing briefs. Communicate briefs to relevant stakeholders to ensure alignment of marketing activities. Conduct briefing session with internal channels and marketing agency to communicate and review marketing plans. Ensure all briefs are relevant to the the B2B sales cycles ensuring Lead Generation and proposition bases communications are at the heart of the centrally created assets
- Create communications schedules by theme and hero product for content planning and production teams to use to coordinate production activities. Make sure all plans are up to date and accessible to business stakeholders to ensure visibility to product marketing, marketing strategy, sales and our National Sales Organisations (NSOs). Facilitate regular update and review meetings for relevant stakeholders and ensure readiness to share with Senior Leadership team.
- Manage the stakeholders approval process and review, approve preliminary concepts created by the creative agency. Ensure approval is secured on final production. Manage timeline and deliverable approval process to ensure campaigns are in market on schedule. Provide measure and report on campaign performance from the performance marketing team.
- Provide past campaign insight and supporting analytics to support the marketing quarterly planning process and help determine strategies for future campaigns.
- Manage financial aspect of agency costs to ensure campaign cost control is enforced.

**You will need**:
As our Marketing Planner you have:
Understanding the B2B propositions from Canon and our defined target audiences
Current state of best practice within the B2B sales cycles including Lead Gen, Data capture and Proposition based comms
Production workflows: Strategy, Planning, delivery, localisation, publishing

This is a hybrid role with 3 days in the office (Stockley Park) and 2 days working from home
