Person specification Qualifications and Training Essential criteria Professional Social Work qualification, DipSW, CQSW, CSS, BA, MA or Foreign qualification where certified by the Professional Social Work regulatory body Ensuring current registration with the Professional Social Work regulatory body at all times A commitment to on-going personal and professional development To undergo appropriate training to achieve Assessed Supported Year in Employment (ASYE) Experience Essential criteria Experience of working with Children/Young People/Families with mental health needs and safeguarding Experience of working with CYP who have difficulty in engaging with services and have complex mental health needs Experience of working in community setting and making decisions autonomously Experience of integrating care delivery across multi-disciplinary /multi agency teams Desirable criteria Experience of social work in other user groups/settings i.e. Adults, Children and Families, Safeguarding, Learning Disability, Mental Health.
