Hotel Receptionist

**Temporary Hotel Receptionist - North Berwick - Salary £11.44 p/h**

**Do you have Reception or Front of House experience in a Hotel or Hospitality environment? Are you looking for a new opportunity? Do you enjoy working in a customer-facing environment?**

We are looking to speak to experienced Reception or Front of House staff who are looking for a new challenge in North Berwick. Ideally, for this role you will have existing experience within a 5 star hospitality or hotel environment, acting as the initial point of contact for all customers daily. You will be well organised and enjoy providing excellent service daily within a busy reception area.

**This is a ongoing temporary contract, working a varied shift pattern. The salary for this role is £11.44 p/h.**

**Are you who we are looking for?**
- You have previous office reception or front of house experience within a 5 star hospitality or hotel environment
- You are well presented
- You enjoy acting as the first point of contact for all customers and clients
- You have customer service experience, both face to face and over the phone
- You are proactive and well organised
- You enjoy supporting a wider team daily
- You are proficient in the use of all Microsoft Packages
- You are a confident communicator both written and orally
- You enjoy building key relationships with internal and external stakeholders

**What is the day-to-day like?**
- Meeting and greeting clients in a friendly and attentive manner and notify contact promptly of their arrival
- Answering any incoming calls promptly, diverting or taking messages when required
- Completing all administrative work when required
- Acting as a key point of contact for any requests or enquiries
- Making recommendations about the local area, as well as any activities
- Working individually and within a wider team to complete all tasks

Pay: £11.00-£12.00 per hour

- Day shift
