**Job Overview**:
As a Leasehold Services Officer within the Leasehold & Right to Buy Services department, you will play a crucial role in managing leasehold properties in Hackney. You will be responsible for administering lease agreements, handling queries and disputes, managing service charges, arranging repairs and maintenance, and providing advice and support to leaseholders.

**Responsibilities**:

- Administer lease agreements and ensure compliance with lease terms.
- Act as a point of contact for leaseholders, addressing their queries and resolving disputes.
- Manage the collection of service charges and ensure their appropriate use.
- Organize and oversee repairs and maintenance work for leasehold properties.
- Provide guidance and support to leaseholders on various matters related to their properties.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders to achieve departmental goals.

**Requirements**:

- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing to a wide range of people.
- Proficient in organizing workload to meet targets and deadlines.
- Capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in a similar role within housing or property management.
- Self-motivated, flexible, and resourceful.
- Holds GCSE Grade A-C (or equivalent) in English Language and Mathematics.

Pay: £18.52 per hour
