Temporary Accounts Payable opportunity in Slough
- German language is mandatory
**About Our Client**:
This is a temporary Accounts Payable (German Speaking) role working for a large technology company in Slough.
This Accounts Payable (German Speaking) position based in Slough, will involve the following responsibilities:
- Processing of supplier invoices and staff expenses, coding and obtaining approval via electronic invoice management system
- Assisting with on boarding new suppliers and maintaining existing records
- Raising monthly inter-company recharges
- Weekly payment runs
- Bank reconciliations
- Credit card reconciliations
- Sorting out incoming and outgoing daily post
- Maintaining spreadsheets
- Assistance with month end processing
**The Successful Applicant**:
- Demonstrable knowledge of accounting skills
- AP processing experience essential
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to work on their own initiative and be adaptable
- Analytic and problem-solving ability
- Excellent communicator and organisational skills with a diligent and committed attitude
- Good numeracy skills
- Highly competent with Microsoft Office packages in particular Microsoft Excel.
- Good command of the German language
- Good attention to detail and proof-reading ability
**What's on Offer**:
This role operates on a hybrid working pattern and you will only be required to be in the office twice a week.
