**R&R & Deliverables**

**[1] Deliverables sorted in order of priority**
- Lead on system slowness improvement plan
- Intercompany automation - review current process employed, how can be improved, or explore functionality not yet utilised in NetSuite.
- Reporting customisation - set up new reporting and customise existing reports
- Check and review of depreciation/amortisation schedule
- Cleanse entry and transaction forms - remove unnecessary fields
- Secondary books
- Set up for entities using a different COA than the group
- Statutory accounts vs reporting
- Consolidation set up and training to key users
- Payments: support in creating import files for our banking platform, using the bank reconciliation function and any customised reports we may need; implement a proper bank reconciliation tool; automate expense report payment via bank file.
- Review user roles and permissions
- Period close - global close, how to make this work across a group with varying year end and requirements
- Structuring changes in group - making necessary changes (as and when required)
- New country/currency set up with support of ACS (as and when required)
- Expansion into new geographies at a fast pace. Need to have NetSuite system configured and customised in a timely manner.

**[2] Training**
- Inhouse training - the aim is to upskill all NetSuite users.
- Training documentation - both written form and videos.
- Areas for training to be identified by overseeing use of the system and where training and upskilling is needed most. “Overseeing” to be carried out by country and role.

**[3] General**
- Manage ACS relationship. Determine case priorities
- Meet fortnightly with country team leads to identify issues, customisation or areas for training
- Establish and maintain relationships with localisation partners (existing and future) ensuring issues/configurations are completed to resolution/completion
- Work closely with the Transformation Team & Inhouse development platform to harmonize and make processes more efficient globally and assist in the “building” of new systems that are to integrate with NetSuite
- Explore system functionality not yet adopted
- General system cleanse
- General administration - add users, create new subsidiaries
- General - assist with user queries

Italian and/or Spanish language skills highly desirable but not essentials
