We are opening a brand-new venue and need an experienced bar person, to come and join the team. The concept of Park Brew & Kitchen is great beer, great wine and great modern food, in the format of small plates. We are setting up a new team with a shared passion for exceptional customer service. We already have fantastic local support, but we want to extend this and create a destination venue, with a solid reputation.

Park Brew and Kitchen is a new concept and sister company to The Park Brewery Ltd, which is an established small, independent craft brewery based in Kingston upon Thames.

We are looking for pro-active team players, ready to jump in and help create a really exciting new venue.

Supervisor duties include, getting stuck into the day to day basics, for instance
- Pouring and serving drinks (including coffees in the daytime)
- Taking payments
- Glass clearing
- Loading dishwashers
- Keeping the bar area clean and tidy
- Tidying up at the end of a shift
- Assisting the Bar Manager with additional tasks
- Ready to help serve food if required

But also
- Working with our General Manager and Assistant GM, to ensure the bar staff are fully supported
- Understanding all the systems and processes and making sure that everything is running smoothly on a day to day basis
- Liaising with the kitchen team

We need someone

We will be open 7 days a week - Monday and Tuesday (daytime only). Wednesday to Sunday (day and evening). Cafe by day, small plates in the evenings. At least 1-2 years bar work experience required. Exact hours to be confirmed. Full training provided.

**Salary**: £12.50-£14.50 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
