**Location - Rugby**

**12 Month Contract**

**Hybrid - 2 days on site 36.5 hours per week**

**Your main responsibilities in the role**:

- Import and filling of import/export customs, transactions, require of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel & SharePoint.
- Dealing with forms and other departments, dealing with freight forwarding companies.
- Attention to detail, must be able to work unsupervised

**Skills and Experience**:

- Experience in international trade is essential, including Customs activities, Incoterms 2020, Tariff classification and Customs valuation rules.
- Experience of submitting Customs Import and/or Export declarations via standalone Customs declaration software, ideally SAP GTS or other similar HMRC certified systems such as Descarte or Ricardo
- Ability and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and processes
- Ability to function under pressure: manage workload and maintain due dates.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
