**This role can be based from any one of our offices in Waterlooville, Poole, Salisbury or Harrogate - with hybrid working available following your training period.**

**Where do you fit in?**

Youll be part of a friendly team who support our Advisers through the annual client review process. Youll use your product knowledge and attention to detail to help to manage our annual client review process.
Youll prepare documents, information packs and draft letters, in addition to preparing analytics reports and costs and charges disclosures. With the confidence to speak up, ask questions, and make suggestions, youll ensure that our advisers have the information they need to complete a great annual review with their client.
Youll be IT and system savvy happy to navigate around different IT systems. Youll be aware of deadlines and the need to prioritise, as some of your work will be time sensitive. Youll work with your team to deliver a first-class service, helping to ensure the smooth running of our business.

**What do you need to be successful?**
- Experience within a financially regulated industry would be great. A general understanding of Pensions and Investments (and their charges) would be even better but not essential as we do offer lots of training
- Accuracy and the ability to meet deadlines effective at organising and prioritising your workload. Youll be adaptable, friendly, and helpful
- Youll be positive, keen to learn, good with people, and technology & system savvy

**We work 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday.**

Youll be based from our Harrogate office, and following training, work on a hybrid basis according to the needs of the business.
