As a Customer Service Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional customer service and customer support. Your primary responsibilities will include handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your communication and problem-solving skills, while gaining valuable experience in a customer-focused environment.

**Customer Service Assistant Key Responsibilities**:

- Customer Support: Serve as the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries in-person. Provide accurate information about products and services, and assist customers with their questions and concerns.
- Order Processing: Assist customers with product / service information and placing orders and ensuring all sales transactions are completed accurately and efficiently.
- Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner. Escalate complex problems to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Feedback Collection: Gather and document customer feedback to help improve products, services, and customer experiences. Share insights with the team to drive continuous improvement.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any ongoing issues.
- Administrative Support: Perform general administrative duties, such as data entry, filing, and maintaining customer records. Ensure all documentation is up-to-date and accurate.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other Customer Service Assistants and team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. Share best practices and collaborate on strategies to enhance service delivery.
- Be friendly, approachable, and have excellent communication skills.
- Have a passion for customer service and helping others.
- Be detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Be comfortable working independently and as part of a dynamic team.
- Possess a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow in the role.
