Job Summary:
This is a 6 month MAT leave temporary role, however for excellent performance there will be an option to convert to a permanent position.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provisioning and managing orders for Broadband, Mobile & VOIP systems
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
- Maintain a high level of phone etiquette at all times

**Requirements**:

- Proficient in English
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers
- Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail
- Ability to analyse information and solve problems efficiently
- Prior experience in customer service is preferred

**Job Type**: Temporary contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: £18,000.00-£23,500.00 per year
