**Here's a bit more detail on what we see you doing in this role**:

- Ensuring all aspects of the Golf Academy run without a hitch will be your key focus, including meeting and greeting our guests, range management, tuition administration, dealing with telephone enquiries, retail assistance and stock control
- Maintaining the highest standards while maximising our guest and members satisfaction during their visits to Gleneagles
- Playing a key role in making sure the Golf Academy team consistently provide the full golf experience, delivering customer service excellence, exceeding the expectations of our guests and members at every touch point
- You’ll be responsible for a number of administrative duties from processing invoices, inventory and stock control, to bookings, payments, diary and digital screen management
- Building strong working relationships across the estate, always with great
- Interacting with our guests, always warm, professional, authentic, helpful and doing everything you can to exceed their expectations; playing your part in making their stay with us 5 star in every way
