**Mental Health Recovery Worker**
**LOCATION**:Bridgwater
**HOURS**:37 hours (Part time Considered)
**SALARY**: £12-12.26 PAYE
**DURATION**: Temp to Perm
**START DATE**: ASAP
Would you like to work alongside a leading mental health charity offering housing, support, and hope to those with mental health and unique complex needs? BRC have an exciting opportunity for you to connect vulnerable people to community resources, build resilience, and improve wellbeing through targeted interventions and a coordinated approach.
**Key Responsibilities & Duties**
- Provide holistic, strengths-based interventions focusing on the needs of clients to improve mental well-being.
- Offer enhanced non-clinical support for people who have fallen between primary and secondary care and those stepping back down into primary care.
- Work alongside Statutory, Voluntary, and Community partners drawing on community resources.
- Offer high quality interventions for people with moderate and serious mental health needs in a 1:1 and group work capacity.
- Support using a psycho-social, recovery, and psychologically informed approach.
