Duct Hygiene Operative
Due to recent market success and continual expansion, our Manchester based client are looking to recruit two additional teams of Duct Hygiene Operatives to assist with the company's ongoing growth on a full-time permanent basis.
The role involves travelling to and from sites to perform maintainence, panel replacement, inspections, problem solving and cleaning work. There is a healthy mix between mainly local work then some national account work which will involve travelling aroundthe country with occasional overnight stays required - on a rota'd basis. 2-3 days maximum away as and when required.
ALL travel time is paid from door to door with an additional £18 per night allowance paid up front. All hotels (Premier Inn) are paid for by the company in advance, fuel cards and all expenses arranged in advance by the client also.
The role will predominantly be a 40-hour Monday to Friday week with overtime readily available. This will vary from early mornings, afternoons and nights so flexibility is a must.
Weekend overtime will be readily available to suit both business and your needs and paid at higher pay rates.
Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the day to day maintenance of a number of sites situated across the UK. This will include but not limited to:

- Duct inspection, maintenance and cleaning to TR19 guidelines
- Equipment / structure / extract cleaning
- Working at heights
- Cleaning and sanitising different areas
FULL TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED BY THE COMPANY
- Hold a full and valid UK Licence
- Located close to or around the Manchester area
- Computer literate with a basic knowledge of Microsoft office & outlook
- Able to work weekends as and when required

Starting Salary: £13.00 per hour (£27,040 per year) as a basic salary which will increase after probation with additional payments for Driving, overnight stays, attendance, team leader and more.
