**Role Summary**:
Our wonderful customer service team is the first point of contact for all of our customers, with this in mind, you will be our biggest brand advocate and be willing to go the extra mile to meet our customers' needs.

As a customer service team member, you will be the voice of our customers feeding back to the wider team at Pipers Farm, to enable us to continually improve our service. You will have the opportunity to be involved in many parts of the business, which will give you far more exposure than just answering the phone.

In an ideal scenario, you will have some customer service experience both inbound and outbound, in a similar direct-to-consumer role, and will be passionate about cooking and eating food. However, what we are most looking for is someone with an abundance of energy, willing to learn, and a great people person.

**Contract**:An immediate start. (40 hours over 5 days, Rota based Half day Saturday work).

**Based**: Goonvean Business Park, Cullompton.

**Hours**: 40hrs per week. Monday - Friday Weekend work is rota based, you’ll be expected to work up to 2 half-day Saturday shifts in a month. Occasional Sunday work may be required during the festive period.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assisting our customers over the phone
- Replying to customer social media enquiries
- Liaising and working with our third-party couriers
- Outbound calling, ringing customers to check their delivery met their expectations.
- Calling customers to bring them back to Pipers Farm.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Passionate about delivering a personal customer experience whilst remaining calm under pressure.
- Previous customer service experience is desirable, but not essential.
- Comfortable with using tech platforms, previous experience in order processing and using CRM systems and e-commerce platforms is desirable.
