**Job overview**:
We are seeking an enthusiastic person to support our Quality Improvement lead in West area.

An understanding of reporting requirements for Adult Community Services is required as well as good IT skills.

The role will involve some travel and engaging with services throughout the West Integrated Care Area.

**Main duties of the job**:
The post-holder will provide efficient professional business coordination support to the Quality Lead in the coordination of Quality information and Projects.

The post will also interpret information and assist with Quality improvement / project requirements.

The post requires good organisational and project management skills, good analytical skills, whilst maintaining high professional standards and ensuring a positive image at all times.

The post will provide structure to the operational work of the Quality Lead, will lead on some defined areas of operational and administrative work, and will be required to work independently and manage their own workload.

We’re an NHS community and mental health provider Trust based in Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly. We deliver community and hospital-based care to improve people’s physical and mental health. We also provide specialist support to people with dementia or a learning disability.
