**About the Job**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Advisor to join our team.
- This role requires strong upselling skills to maximize sales opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Answering inbound calls and responding to customer queries and concerns
- Making outbound calls to potential customers and promoting the company's products and services
- Conducting effective sales conversations and identifying customer needs
- Upselling products and services to maximize sales opportunities
- Recording customer information and sales data accurately in the company's CRM system
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs on a consistent basis
- Following up with potential customers to close sales and ensure customer satisfaction
- Liaising with other departments such as marketing, customer service, and technical support to ensure a smooth customer experience

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience in a telesales or customer service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively
- Familiarity with CRM systems and other sales tools
- Goal-oriented and results-driven
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- A positive and enthusiastic attitude
