We’re looking for a Junior SEO Content Writer to join our team in Macclesfield town centre & grow our existing SEO & Content department.

We are a full-service marketing agency in the UK & we're looking for a talented Junior SEO Content Writer to join our vibrant team. As a Junior Content Writer, you will play a crucial role in crafting compelling content that resonates with our clients' target audience. Your work will be at the heart of our SEO strategies, helping to drive organic traffic & elevate our clients' online presence.

**This Junior Content Writer will have experience**:

- Collaborating with others to align on strategies
- Developing new content ideas for clients
- Ensuring all content is in line with brand guidelines & tone of voice
- Revising existing content to reflect business changes or adjustments to marketing strategy
- Researching & writing high-quality content for various platforms
- Proofreading & editing of content to ensure accuracy, clarity & consistency

To be successful as a Content Writer, you should keep abreast of the latest SEO techniques. Ultimately, we'd like to train & develop you to be able to contribute to the development of strategies that will increase clients’ search visibility & adhere to SEO best practices, including:

- Conducting in-depth research on existing SEO content issues on customer sites, underperforming or improvable keywords & missed opportunities.
- Assisting the marketing team in developing evidence-based strategies for advertising campaigns.
- Carrying out regular site audits for clients (content, technical, link profile) & make recommendations for optimising the site.
- Supporting the development team with website launches & content migration.

**About you**:
**What else do you need?**
- Proven Content writing experience (at least 18 months in a professional setting)
- A degree in Marketing, English, Journalism, or a related field (not required)
- Excellent writing & editing skills, with a keen eye for detail
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- The ability to handle multiple projects concurrently
- Effective communication skills
- Must be willing to work in Macclesfield, UK (25-minute direct train to Manchester Piccadilly)

**Salary**: £23,500.00-£26,500.00 per year
