Aviva are recruiting for a Retention Associate to be a part of our Healthcare Sales Operations Team within Aviva.

A bit about the job:
As the Retention Associate, you will be tasked with building and maintaining relationships with our Brokers, aligned to our PMI consumer product line. You will use your customer service skills to own and manage queries from our broker community via a central mailbox, as well as over the phone, also live chat facilities. This will involve taking ownership of complex queries, as well as completing transactional demands. Full training will be provided so that you become an expert in this area, offering advice and answering questions from Brokers about PMI products daily.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:
- Excellent communication skills for both verbal and written communication.- Private Medical insurance experience or a background within Health markets is desirable.- Good decision-making skills and ability to take ownership.- Proven evidence of being a team player and working collaboratively.- Experience of building rapport with customers and has excellent stakeholder management experience.
