**Key responsibilities**:

- Analyse data and be able to make recommendations to the Merchandising team
- Generating and analysing reports to support Merchandising team
- Supporting the team with the order processes
- First point of contact for Merchandise Assistants to escalate any issues relating to Stock/Deliveries, Finance, Copy and Customer Service queries
- Shop stock replenishment and management. Assisting with shop transactions and issues.
- Liaising with suppliers on a weekly basis
- Generate ad hoc reports
- Support Merchandising team with other duties where necessary

**Skills needed**:

- Merchandising background with proven analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
- ‘Can do’ attitude
- Good time management
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Problem solving skills and ability to use initiative
- Has excellent spoken and written English
- Be able to build strong relationships with the wider business
- Childrenswear and e-commerce experience is desirable

This role will be hybrid with some remote working and some days based at our Head Office in Tunbridge Wells.
