**Enquiry Handler
- Luxury Car Dealership, Coulsdon/Croydon Based. £37,000 OTE**

This is an exciting opportunity to take a step up in your career to a luxury car dealership environment into a customer enquiry executive role.

The role will be highly customer focused, revolving around handling all incoming sales enquiries, and appoint qualified leads to the sales team.

You will be working for a hugely established luxury car group, with over 90 years specialising in some of the luxuries cars that money can buy.

**Enquiry Handler. Coulsdon/Crawley, luxury car dealership.**

Details:

- £25,000 basic salary
- £37,000 OTE
- Monday - Friday Week A
- Monday - Sunday Week B (2 days off midweek)

**Duties**:

- Working on an enquiry hot desk
- Take all incoming sales enquiry calls
- Qualify Customers via asking suitable questions
- Delivering high standards of customer service
- To inform customers about relevant products and prices
- Ensure all customer information is kept accurately

**Requirements**:

- Full drivers license
- Knowledge of the used car market
- Strong communication skills
