Job Description
- On-boarding Coordinator | Head Office | Full Time
- Joining as an On-Boarding Co-ordinator you will be trained to ensure all of our new starters follow the correct process and meet the regulatory framework.
- The Recruitment On-Boarding team will be pivotal to the future success of the business ensuring we engage, appoint and hire the best talent in a timely manner.
What you will be doing:
Regular liaison with our hospitals hiring managers and recruiters relating to the on-boarding process-
- Managing your own group of hospitals for the on-boarding of clinical and non clinical staff-
- Providing an excellent service to all internal and external stakeholders-
- Updating and maintaining online filing systems and use of internal systems-
- Providing detailed updates on Recruitment and On-boarding bi-weekly meetingsWhat you will bring:
To be successful in this role you will need to be service driven, able to work within set timescales in a fast paced, high volume environment and have excellent attention to detail in order to spot irregularities within the information provided.
