**As our Receptionist you will**
- Welcome guests to the hotel, assist with checking them in and out of the hotel, and be a friendly point of contact throughout their stay.
- Deal with compliments and complaints accordingly, always ensuring a swift resolution.
- Be part of an amazing team, at the heart of the hotel operation, liaising with other departments and communicating effectively.

To ensure you will be successful in your role you will need to possess,
- Previous experience in a similar or other related role within hospitality
- Excellent communication, presentation & interpersonal skills - A strong team player
- Self-motivated and good organisational skills

This role is for 40 hours per week with a varying shift pattern to cover some weekends as per the business requirements.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £12.05 per hour
