Monday to Thursday 07:45-16:45

£28,000-£30,000 Per Annum
Gi Group are currently recruiting on behalf of our fantastic client based Adlington, Stockport.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:

- Conduct internal and Supplier Audits from start to finish
- Ensuring that all the processes used are appropriate and robust to the business
- Supporting the upkeep/maintenance of AS9100 records, approved quality plans and to make sure all procedures meet changing requirements
- Contribute to the Design review process
- ensuring all products are fit for purpose and manufacture.
- Improving activity tools where required e.g Poke Yoke
- Lead and contribute customer and company quality improvement activities and meetings
- Initiating, facilitating, managing, and validating the effectiveness of root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions arising from Audit NCRs, Customer Returns Concessions request and rework.
- Managing the Customer Returns to re delivery with the associated reports in a timely manor
- Make sure all data is recorded and collated correctly to help customers and suppliers improve on certain aspects of the business
- Maintain the approves supplier list and calibration process, including responses from suppliers to CARs and make improvements to the process where necessary
- Strong IT Skills
- Be self-confident and passionate about their work
- Be committed to helping and inspiring others to work towards a common purpose
- Have Knowledge of UK CAA Part 21 Sub Part G
- Have experience with internal Auditing AS9100 Rev D
- Be Numerate, analytical and articulate ( Written and Verbal )
- Experience in leading small projects in root cause analysis and corrective action
- Good Problem solving skills
- Ability to lead projects when necessary
- Develop and maintain relationships with Stakeholders.
- Prepared to travel both in the UK and Internationally
- Must have a full clean driving licence
