I am looking for a Key Account Handler to join an exciting and growing distribution company based in Seaham.

**Responsibilities**:

- Answering sales calls in a professional and customer centric manner
- Providing quotations to customers as required Follow up on quotations and prospects in a timely manner to maximise conversion rates
- Processing sales orders using IT systems
- Resolving customer queries in a manner which maximises customer satisfaction
- Development of non-spending accounts to maximise sales revenues
- Maintaining good Customer Service and issue resolution for the Customer by keeping a continuous improvement mindset and minimising the financial impact
- Managing key accounts and liaising with clients

**Person Specification**:

- Continuously search for ways to meet and exceed the needs of customers
- Persist in the face of obstacles
- Able to manage situations which may be difficult
- Someone driven and hungry for ambition

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £28,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
