The business operates out of a 140,000ft2 facility based in Seaham. Processing around 160 million mailing items per year, the business currently employs circa 110 staff.

Our activities include digital printing, transactional enclosing, direct mail enclosing and paper and polywrapping of mail, in addition to a range of digital marketing and managed services.

**Job overview**:
As part of the Customer Service Team you’ll support the Key Account Managers, providing all aspects of account admin support required to ensure that all customer needs and expectations are met.

Responsible for the full project process, including timely issuing of detailed works instructions, communication of all customer mailing requirements to internal key contacts, planning, quotation, invoicing and stock management, including scheduling deliveries of customer stock.

**Collaboration**
- Work closely with production and development teams to ensure delivery of high quality solutions.
- Communicate client requirements and feedback internally

**Capability, Knowledge and Experience**
- Experience of working in a customer service environment in the Direct Mail industry - Print & Production processes
- Full working knowledge of Postal services
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Familiarity with CRM software

Pay: £23,400.00-£26,500.00 per year
