What we’re looking for?

As a UX Researcher on the programme team, you will work closely on cutting-edge projects on areas including Generative AI. You will be responsible for client management, carrying out user testing and helping to shape the working practices of the team.

Beyond the core programme, you will also have the opportunity to work with MTM’s broader client base, including some of the most exciting brands in tech, media, entertainment and beyond Our UXR portfolio includes Google, the BBC, Figma, King, Warner Bros. Discovery, NBCU, Sky and Formula E.

We are currently working on cutting-edge challenges, including:

- Testing and developing GenAI tools
- Identifying the drivers of app store optimisation
- Helping TV streamers make their services as discoverable and user-friendly as possible
- Advising wellness apps on their content strategy

As part of a small and growing UXR team, you will have the opportunity both to learn and help shape the future direction of the business.

You will get involved in new business activity, developing our methodological toolkit, training members of the wider MTM team and in hiring new members of staff.

You will have solid experience in delivering UXR projects end-to-end, good organisational skills and a high level of confidence across project management, client management qualitative interviewing, analysis and reporting.

You will also have a strong interest in B2B research and in the world of app and/or game development.

**KEY ATTRIBUTES**
- A passion for tech, media and entertainment
- Experience in UXR / qual research
- Experience and/or a strong interest in B2B research
- An interest in / knowledge of app development
- Strong methodological skills across the range of UXR / qual methods
- Strong project management skills and experience

- Confidence in presenting and advocating your ideas
