**The Company**:
Hawk 3 Talent Solutions are working with an Industrial company based in Uttoxeter who are on the lookout for their new HR Administrator to join their dynamic team. The company has over 30 years’ experience in providing industrial finishes in the UK.

**The Role**:

- As the HR Administrator, you will be assisting the HR Manager will tasks
- You will be in charge of the company attendance records
- Assisting with the weekly payroll
- You will be required to do all starter & leaver documentation
- Holiday & absence requests
- The HR Administrator will be supporting of recruitment within the business as well as arranging interviews and administrating offer letters
- Minute taking
- You will be supporting and dealing with any queries regarding HR or Payroll

**Experience Required**:

- The ideal HR Administrator will need to have experience in a similar role
- Desirable but not essential experience within payroll admin
- You will need to be meticulous
- As the HR Administrator, you need to be pro active and have the ability to work with highly confidential information
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of Sage would be advantageous but not essential
