**Get ready to**:

- Recruit and lead end-to-end recruitment to ensure exceptional talent join our Tech teams across the LatAm region
- Build a deep understanding of Deel’s products, and exactly what is required of our new team members
- Mentor other Talent Acquisition team members
- Use data to lead hiring conversations with stakeholders to develop internal and external sourcing strategies
- Ensure we maintain an incredible culture throughout Deel, and the team live and breathe our key values

**What you’ll bring to the team**:

- 6+ years of experience in a talent acquisition role within a scale-up or Tech company
- A proven track record of recruiting top Tech talent quickly across a variety of positions (e.g. Software Developers, QA Engineers, DevOps Engineers, DBAs, etc.)
- You are a natural communicator and can engage the room effortlessly when presenting, speaking and demonstrating
- You are used to working with data to make processes more efficient
