**Casual Museum Enablers - All Birmingham Museum Sites**

**Contract - **Zero hours**

**£12 per hour**

We are currently looking to grow our pool of casual Museum Enablers, who will help support a highly motivated visitor service team delivering the highest standards of customer service, gallery interpretation and public programming across all of Birmingham Museums sites.

Your day will be spent working at one of the various museums engaging with all visitors ensuring they have a positive visit. This role requires high levels of customer service to ensure visitors enjoy their visit to Birmingham Museums venues, through supplying information, dealing efficiently with queries and assisting them wherever possible.

Interviews will be taking place towards the **middle of May 2024**, **over Teams. In advance of the interview, you will receive a copy of the interview questions to prepare and you will have an opportunity to express any reasonable adjustments you might need.
