Highland Spring Group are looking for a Customer Logistics Scheduler to join our Supply Chain Team located at our site in Blackford, Perthshire.

The main responsibilities of a Customer Logistics Scheduler include working closely with Supply Chain colleagues, Customers, Warehouse Teams and 3PL partners to ensure that they deliver the highest possible level of service when supplying customers. The CLS will arrange the booking and associated administration of secondary transport from all warehouses to customer. The CLS is the primary contact with our hauliers to progress booked transport on behalf of HSG.

Key responsibilities for the role include but are not limited to
- Organise, distribute and control the forward planning of outbound traffic operations within the Customer Logistics Team for an identified customer portfolio.
- Become super users in Transporeon - Maintain/extrapolate information and support the wider team with efficiency.
- Support the Customer Logistics team to record, measure and analyse costs.
- Support the Customer Logistics team to manage Daily Sales.
- Support the Customer Logistics Team in streamlining all associated admin processes.

Previous experience working in a Logistics department with logistics carriers, skilled in the implementation of efficient secondary traffic activities and daily operations is essential.

Working hours will be Monday - Friday, rotational between the hours of 0800 - 1600 and 0900 - 1700, with flexibility required. The role is hybrid with an expectation to be onsite full time during training period.

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
