Salary - £26,000 - £45,000 DOE

Simpson Judge are proud to be currently recruiting for a multi Disciplinary and long standing Legal firm who have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Litigation Solicitor (Civil or Commercial) to join their current team on a permanent basis with hybrid work being available to.

The role will ideally see an experience litigation solicitor with both Commercial and Civil experience joining a strong team, and being able to hit the ground running. If you were to have experience in handling your own mixed caseload then hybrid working will be available from the outset, however if guidance or training is required then you would be required in the office more so than not.

- Contested Wills & inheritance disputes
- Neighbour disputes / problem neighbours
- Nuisance
- Trepass
- Debt recovery
- Professional negligence
- Breach of Contract
- Injunctions
- Property litigation - landlord & tenant, rights of way, boundary disputes
- Construction disputes
- Defective goods & services/ warranty disputes
- Shareholder disputes
- Insurance claims
- Consumer law/ mis-selling
- Fraud
- Holiday disputes/complaints
- Will have 3 years PQE in Commercial or Civil Litigation not including Personal Injury.
- Personable.
- Able to work well using own initiative
- Pro-active and driven
- Strong ICT skills
