**WHAT WILL I BE DOING?**

You will be ensuring that customer orders are picked, packed and dispatched to meet Company standards, customer requirements and deadlines. Duties will include:
Carrying out all given tasks accurately and efficiently to meet company standards within pick/pack/despatch/Goods In and Putaway area’s.

Full training will be provided in line with operational requirements.

You will work as part of an operational team ensuring service levels & objectives are met, whilst adhering to all Company procedures and policies.

You will ensure all stock is stored in line with the WMS at all times.

You will also carry out general housekeeping within the warehouse, ensure all work areas are clean, safe and tidy.

**WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?**
- Experience working in a Warehouse and/or Distribution Centre
- An understanding of basic Health and Safety within the warehouse environment
- Basic PC skills
- Fork Lift Truck License - Counter balance and/or Reach Truck
- Previous experience of a WMS in particular Manhattan/MLS
- Attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- written and verbal
- Physically fit; all tasks require a degree of walking, standing, lifting or stretching. Some heavy lifting may be involved
- Basic numeracy and literacy
- Able to work as part of a team
- Flexible attitude to working hours and willing to do overtime when necessary
- Proactive/self starter/ self-motivated
- High levels of common sense
- High levels of integrity and honesty
- Positive approach to change and good sense of humour
- Flexible and enthusiastic with a “can do” attitude
