Recruitment Solutions are currently working with one of the countries & worlds leading logistics companies. Due to growth we are looking for a Warehouse Administrator to join the busy team, this role would be office based as a key direct support to the Warehouse Manager. This is a permanent role & an amazing opportunity to develop your current skills to grow within a market leading business.

**Primary Objectives of the Role**:
The primary role is to support the Warehouse Manager in his day to day duties.
To ensure that operations run smoothly with all admin related tasksm which are outlined below. To ensure the department is fully compliant and a high quality of service is adhered to by following the organisations standards at all times.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Day to day dealings wth Recruitment Agencies
- Submitting all relevant approvals
- Liaising with on site staff daily
- Ordering office consumables
- General admin duties
- Daily, Weekly & Monthly KPI reports
- Use of MS packages (Excel, Outlook etc.)
- Support the warehouse staff on an Adhoc basis, during peak periods

**Key Skills and Requirements**
- Strong PC & Admin skills including MS Packages
- Ability to deal with difficult situations
- Understanding of warehouse operations
- Strong communication skills, both written & verbal
- Ability to self motivate, self manage & prioritise workloads

**Working Days, Hours & Salary**:

- Monday - Friday
- 09:00 - 17:30
- £11.50 per hour
- Weekly Pay.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £11.50 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

**Experience**:

- Warehouse Admin: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
